Woodstock Roofing is specially trained in the installation of Spectraroof TPE, polymeric single ply roofing system, an innovative flat roofing system that originates from Canada. Spectraroof TPE has been developed using a new generation of polymer membranes, accessories, fixings and adhesives to create a totally waterproof package. Spectraroof TPE is environmentally friendly, 100% recyclable, rapidly and safely installed and gives guaranteed long term waterproofing performance.

Most frequently used in commercial roofing, TPE roofing membranes are flexible and as they do not rely on added plasticisers the high degree of elasticity and ability to accommodate movement is retained in the long term. Spectraroof TPE membranes are not affected by most of the chemicals used in construction works and are compatible with bitumen, expanded and extruded polystyrene, silicone and other sealants.

Why use single ply roofing?

It consists of strong, durable and flexible sheets created mainly out of synthetic polymer that are sealed at the joints to form a continuous waterproof layer. When combined with insulation and support they form a strong, safe and durable roof system that is virtually maintenance-free. The materials used in single ply roofing allows a lot of choice in roof design and performance for both new roofs and for the refurbishment of existing ones.
